Barcolana is the most important sailing race in the world. It is held every year in the Gulf of Trieste and sailors from all over the world participate. The particular formula that distinguishes it makes it a unique event in the international sailing scene: on a single starting line professional sailors find themselves competing side by side with simple fans and enthusiast, on boats of various sizes which are divided into categories.
