Hello there! I'm Matteo, a freelance graphic designer and photographer from Urbino, currently based in Trieste.
I’m curious and I love to understand how things are made and study them in depth, especially when it comes to technology. Since 2014, I’ve been working on digital strategies, events coordination, photography, videomaking, web design, UI/UX, and interaction design, both in-house and as a freelancer across various industries, from NGOs to marketing agencies. My academic background is split between the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Cultures (Linguistic-Business curriculum) and the student association Agorà Urbino, where I served as a council member in the DISCUI Department Council from 2016 to 2018. For Agorà, I was also responsible for music events, and from 2015 to 2022, I was in charge of organizing il Parco ArtBiotico, a music festival held in Urbino with the art direction of Fuoritema Urbino.
From 2019 to 2022, I worked at Adv Media Lab as a marketing designer, where I was responsible for digital communication strategies, graphic design, both paid and organic social media strategies for clients in many different industries.
I’m equally comfortable working independently or in a team, detail-oriented, punctual, and generally a calm person. I'm highly proficient in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects, Audition), as well as Figma, WordPress, Webflow, and Squarespace.
